Chief Executive Officer

Founded and grew Physician Health Alliance, a major east coast primary care network, compounding revenue growth to a sustained 23% over the decade of his tenure, to net revenue of $14 million, and a 185 employee group medical practice in Boston, MA. He served as Executive Director for Partners Community Health Care with responsibilities for practice acquisitions, sub-capitation agreements and IT strategic planning. He received his MD degree in 1978 from George Washington University, his MBA 1994 Boston University.

During his tenure as CEO he championed outpatient CQI initiatives, reorganized care delivery into teams and created a system approach to the care of patients. Keenly attuned to the impact of "system deficiencies" as root causes of errors he has integrated this approach to the creation of Virtual Health Networks. Looking to fulfill the promise of the TCP/IP framework for systems integration the intent is to reinvent the workflow of Physicians into a new and more rewarding relationship with the patient community.

Daniel Lanovaz

Software Security Architect

As Software Security Architect, he is responsible for Virtual Health Network's Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and S/MIME components. Daniel founded an Mobile XML database company, worked as a Technical Director of Access Security Products at SPYRUS, a software engineer for Terisa Systems, and an engineering manager and architect at ParcPlace Systems, a Xerox PARC spin-off building Smalltalk programming environments. Daniel is also involved as a technical expert, acting on behalf of Sun Microsystems and InterTrust, in litigation and patent infringement cases against Microsoft Corporation.

Andrew Gatsko: Senior Systems Engineer and Security Officer.

MS in electronics Kharkov Aviation Institute, Ukraine. Mr. Gatsko has extensive experience in the management of large scale IT infrastructure and is responsible for all forms of redundant operations and system management.

 

Anees Igbal: Senior System Architect

Using his ten years of experience in information systems, his expertise in platforms like UNIX and NT, and his superior management skills, Mr. Iqbal has worked with a number of companies to manage the design and implementation of complex corporate systems. He has managed projects of considerable size, including the growth of production infrastructures and managing the relocation of an entire company's technology infrastructure. This relocation included nothing less than the design and construction of a new corporate data center, telecom and network infrastructures, CAT5E and fiber cable layout, and all Information Systems throughout the entire 58,000ft2 facility. Being principally responsible for IT infrastructure at EGreetings for two years, AuctionWatch and others he has indepth experience with scaling architectural issues.
