Customize the Authority of your staff

We hope that each and every one of your staff members is on an equal par in terms of knowledge and training. Unfortunately, this is not always the case and some workers are new and will take awhile to get up to speed.

You don't want to have individuals refilling prescription or sending out medical records without your approval or knowledge. Our system allows you to customize who can do what under your PKImedmail.com product. We offer three levels of authority:

  • Assistant: Can neither refill prescriptions nor send mails with attachments.
  • Rn: can send attached files but cannot send refills.
  • SnRn: can both send attachments and send refills (future implementation)

Obviously certain administrative controls over the prices you charge for clinical services and the financials reporting are only visible to the physician in the practice.

Giving you this control over roles is another way we give the reins of control to you.
