 There are several agreements that your patient affirms when they sign up with your service.
  • Your Clinical Service and E-mail Policy
  • Your Prescription Refill policy
  • You Confidentiality and Security policy
  • Any other policy that you would like to share with the patient

Each and every one of these represent who you are as a Physician and the issues that you care about and the language you choose to express it. We give you guidance regarding HIPAA appropriate documents but leave it to you to change things and/or add your own flavor or focus. You can upload each of these documents or however many you choose and we will convert them automatically to a PDF version of this assuring that no one can alter it.
