Beside superlative patient care, there is nothing more important to a private practice as how you charge your patients. VHN, feels that the value of your care is a question to be dealt with by market forces not by an administrative entity with there own agenda.

To this end we have not cut deals with insurance companies to allow your patients to get reimbursed etc. As a service and convenience we seek to make the care more efficient.

With each mail encounter you are given the option to modify the charge if you feel that the question was simply a clarification of a previous question etc.

Remember with each mail encounter you are given the option to reject the question as inappropriate for the electronic medium

We give you several ways to bundle your clinical Email service. In addition to being able to dictate the number of questions in each email:

  • Give it for free without limit as to number of mails
  • Give if for free up to a limit of mails than charge per mail
  • Give if for a fixed fee per month up until a maximum number of mails than charge additional fees per mail.
  • Give if for free up to a limit per month and than cease mails service
  • Fixed fee per Email.
