Physicians can rapidly respond to their patient by referencing their online health profile. A nurse or other clinical team member can triage and prepare responses to PKImedmail Patient Clinical Communications as they would for office visits or telephone calls. In addition, the contents of any communication made within PKImedmail are available for review by both physician and patient at any time.
